Williams & Humbert is one of the bodegas with the most history and tradition in the production of Sherry. The firm owns its own vineyards in the best areas of Jerez Superior and the bodegas combine the best possible conditions for these special and singular wines to age in our unique system of criaderas and soleras. The company, which is 100% family owned, treasures the experience of over 130 years dedicated to the production of fine Sherry with such famous brands as Canasta, Pando and Dry Sack. Tasting Notes:

Appearance: Mahogany colour with golden tones.
Nose: Complex aroma of ‘vinous esters’ with ample balsamic nuances.
Palate: Slightly sweet, it is smooth and full with toasted and vanilla notes and a long, pleasant finish.

Serving suggestions:

A glass of this singularly old, noble and complex brandy pays homage to the palate and to pleasure itself either on one’s own or in good company. Gran Duque de Alba Solera Gran Reserva can be enjoyed equally on its own or with ice.

Pairing: It is an ideal brandy for adventurous harmonies with mature cheese, black chocolate, nuts, dried fruits, turrón and even with spicy flavours typical of Mexican cuisine.

Appearance: Noble colour between old mahogany and ebony, very bright.
Nose: Intense nose, with notes of sultanas, grapes, plums and vanilla. Varnish of antique furniture due to its long years of ageing.
Palate: Complex and majestic on the palate, unctuous and velvety.

Serving suggestions:

Due to its superior quality, it is recommended to be consumed on its own or on the rocks in a balloon glass.

Serving suggestions:

In a very fine crystal glass at room temperature, slightly warmed in the bowl of the hand, for a good after-dinner drink.
